Before I started applying basic corrective to my face I learned how to properly mix colors and figure out which ones worked best for my complexion. Filling out the charts also helped to familiarize myself with the different colors in my Ben Nye kit.

Once I filled out all of the charts I was ready to apply the makeup to my face. Below is a sample of the mixtures I created to match my skin tone as well as what the completed basic corrective look looks like on half of my face.
